I implemented a messaging overhaul throughout the product experience of this popular iPhone/Android app. Jumbo's value proposition became more succinctly and consistently communicated — users wanted to take back control of their data and privacy.
Jumbo performs a multitude of scans across different platforms. Each scan's benefit was defined and brought to life in the app through educational copy, resulting in improved activation rates.
